Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags attached and, where possible, in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to put things right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Personalised or custom-made items.

Sizing and Product Information
Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or style unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
UK and EU Consumer Rights
If your order is being shipped to the UK or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification, unless the item has been personalised or custom-made.
To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, together with proof of purchase.
These rights do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
