All After Hours Book Club pieces are made to order, just for you. Once your order is placed, production typically takes up to 3 business days before your item is dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only, not guarantees. As a guide:
- United Kingdom: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Europe & International: typically 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
